We built Good With Tools, LLC on a simple foundation to deliver reliable mechanical work backed by real training, decades of hands-on experience, and genuine care for the people who depend on their equipment.

Our journey began long before we officially opened in 2014. As a trade-trained diesel mechanic who started working on machines as a teenager, Luke, the owner, developed the skills that now support everything we do.

From heavy machinery to small engines, that early foundation shaped a career built on precision, problem-solving, and the ability to repair what others could not.

In 2014, we shifted that experience into a business focused on generator installation, tractor service, welding repairs, and hydraulic troubleshooting for homes, farms, and commercial properties across Annandale, NJ.

We became certified with Generac Power Systems and continued building the mechanical skills needed to diagnose difficult issues, including control panel faults, hydraulic failures, and machine-specific electrical problems. What sets us apart is our commitment to completing repairs on-site so customers avoid expensive hauling, lost time, and long wait periods at repair shops.
